The Keys to Success in Athletics, Business, relationships and Life.

Here it is the secret of success that everyone has been longing for, but unfortunately it really is no secret. It comes down to hard work, principles and knowing each day is a gift that should be lived to its fullest. As long as you stick to these guiding principles and do what is Right, in the end you will find success and happiness.
It takes Courage, Strength, Skill, Knowledge, Faith, Dedication, Honor and Loyalty. For those that follow my wrestling project, Right Coast Pro, then you have seen these principles integrated into the RCP Heavyweight Championship Belt.
Right On!

A Real Life Pro Wrestling Hero, The Fighting Paramedic Corey Blaze, Right Coast Pro Wrestling

Please join myself and +Right Coast Pro Wrestling Delaware in congratulating our very own "Fighting Paramedic" Corey Blaze on his promotion to Assistant Fire Chief for the Magnolia Fire Department! This is on top of his regular duties as EMS Captain (which is the highest ranking medical officer in the department). Corey is a real life hero every day, he doesn't just play one in the ring! Congratulations Corey, we're proud to have you as part of the RCP Family! I am especially proud to be called a friend to this hero.

If you consider that nearly all the fire companies in Delaware are Volunteer, this makes Corey Blaze aka Rob Leech even more special as he is donating his time to do what you and I are either too lazy or too preoccupied to do. Thank you Corey/Rob!

Turning back the hands of time with Renegade Training and Right Coast Pro Wrestling in Delaware

Turning back the hands of time, can it be done? The answer is yes, but it requires a ton of hard work, a plan of action, a goal, and of course drive and determination. Having just returned to active competition, November 9, 2013 for +Right Coast Pro Wrestling in Newark Delaware, after a several year layoff in which I spent addressing several injury concerns I proved that indeed Father Time can be coaxed. I also proved that the Renegade Training DMC, and RED2 programs are far more effective and powerful than I initially perceived.

While, in all honesty, returning to the ring was not my idea, I found being thrown into the heat of completion with athletes half my age well worth my time and effort. Not only did I have an immense amount of fun overcoming the challenges set before me, it also showed that I can still compete at a high level.
Though I was victorious in my match with Nicholas Sohlo and Sebastian Night, Nicholas Sohlo really should have won the match. He held victory in his grasp but made a grave mental error upon which I capitalized, thanks to years of experience.
However, never one for self-gratification or promotion, the greatest asset coming out of the match was the identification of weak points in the kinetic chain of my body. These weak points, hip strength, flexibility, thoracic stabilization, among a couple of others could only be discovered through active completion and real world situations. Those that train to train, sit vicariously behind a computer, or fail to “play” in the outside world will be forever ignorant of such weak points and in the end keep them on the negative side of victory.

Will I compete inside the wrestling ring again? Of course, however I am going to take time to correct the issues mentioned above first, and return even better than before. It is just a matter of work and work is the one advantage I have above everyone else. I can’t or will not be out worked, nor will I allow Father Time to keep me down for the three count.

Be sure to check out http://www.rightcoastpro.com and http://www.RenegadeTraining.com for the DMC and RED2 programs which I consider mandatory for ALL athletes.

J Team reunites and Renegade Training addresses the three planes of motion at Right Coast Pro Wrestling Delaware

As announced, on November 9th, I will once again step into the squared circle of a pro wrestling ring in Delaware for +Right Coast Pro to do battle. With less than four weeks to prepare, I have to prioritize my training so that it accomplishes the goals I need it too, primarily address the weaknesses.

After prioritize those weaknesses, I need to insure my training translates to elevating my wrestling and brawling ability in the ring as well as continue to improve the quality of my overall well-being.
Today we will address, what I deem, my priority going into November 9th RCP’s “Strange Happenings” Event in Newark Delaware.
First on the list: Dynamic range of motion.
All training programs, for virtually every sport, should recognize and address the body’s three basic planes of motion.
Coronal Plane: Front and back portions of the body.
Sagittal Plane: Right and left segments of the body.
Transverse plane: Top and bottom parts of the body.
Ever since having been hit head on by a drunk driver in 2002, rotational range of motion has been an issue. Going forward, training must consist of a daily regime of Renegade Training’s RED2 & Hurdle Drills, DMC, and Medicine Ball (Omega) programs.  One note: Victory Fitness has some awesome hurdles and the owner is a friend of mine. Shoot me an email for the link.
Of all the training programs, an unnecessary gadgets, and misinformation, flooding the internet in this day in age, these three are proven the best at addressing Range of Motion issues.  Attached is a very small taste of the DMC program.
